Our aqua aerobics classes are offered Monday through Thursday with both morning and afternoon sessions to better fit your schedule.  Classes include a variety of dance and calisthenic movements done in the water, offering a range of exercises with virtually no impact on your joints. 
    Water aerobics, water walking, and aqua strength training are integrated to provide numerous benefits which include: Improved Cardiovascular Strength, Increased Balance & Coordination, Flexibility, as well as Increased Muscle Tone and Strength.
